Nice to see the diversity in all of your songs. Is that a bassist thing? I know my taste is pretty diverse and I see the beauty in a lot of types of music. The rest of my band can look at me like I'm a madman when I do a proposal lol.

    Anyway, here goes:

    First try:

    1 I Heard Wonders - David Holmes
2 Tomorrow Never Knows (TNK Live from the Queen Elizabeth Hall) - Phil Manzanera
3 Beyond The Bleu - Josh Garrels
4 Tommy The Cat - Primus
5 It's a long way there - Little River Band

    Second try

    1 Maybe Tomorrow - Stereophonics
2 Jet Airliner - Steve Miller Band
3 Love Her Madly - The Doors
4 Fire - Mousse T ft. Emma Lanford
5 Gallows Pole - Led Zeppelin

A similar process (newish phone, lost a bunch of my itunes stuff), last 5 things I pulled up/listened to:

    Blue Oyster Cult- ME262
Time Warp- Rocky Horror Picture Show
My Guitar Gently Weeps-the live one with the ridiculously smoking Prince performance
    38 Special- Hold On Loosely
    Ozric Tentacles- Live Underslunky
some for pleasure, some to learn to play, you can try & guess...
  9. As a bunch of people are doing this several times I thought I'd give it a few spins, using just the music on my phone. Start the music app, select all songs, select shuffle, hit play. The results:

    First time:
    Dakota - Stereophonics
Heart Of Gold - Neil Young
Time It's Time - Talk Talk
Do It Again - Steely Dan
    Dig For Fire - Pixies

    Second time:
Love Will Tear Us Apart - Joy Division
Yard Of Blonde Girls - Jeff Buckley
Taking The Veil - David Sylvian
    Go To Sleep - Radiohead
If I Had A Tail - Queens Of The Stone Age

    Third time:
Jump Into The Fire - Harry Nilsson
Show Me How To Live - Audioslave
    Flaw - Richard Barbieri
Six Eight - Stone Temple Pilots
    Spoonful - Cream

3-The Wild One, Forever (live) - Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers

This is a sample from the flash drive in my car. I don't have any music on my phone, and have a whole lot of music in other places and forms that would be impossible to sample right now.
  20. Man, I must be old. I know none of those tunes which are favorites to others.
