    I have 14 basses, 2 of them are on my "have to own one before I kick" list. Slowly I plan on having the Dream Herd.

    Theres no magic number but here's my Dream Herd:

    -MTD 535 exotic top/maple board
    -Kubicki Ex-Factor 5 in spalt
    -Vintage Spector NS2
    -1966 Jazz Fiesta Red Stock with Dots, Binding and Oval Tuners
    -Alembic Series 2 Triple Omega 5vr/LED's
    -Pedulla Hexabuzz Bluegreenburst PJ setup
    -Original Tobias Basic 6
    -Ric 4003 Blueburst with VTC (Own it)
    -Lecompte TRX-5 (its in production)

    So, hey now....you? What is your GAS Ending, never to visit paypal again Bass List?

    Pics of a Dream? Even with digital photography I cant get that done , sir. :meh:
  4. thats kinda tough my gas list changes daily
    weekly monthly by the second even

    my dream bass was a Jazz Bass
    and I own one

    but i always had a hankering for atleast one EBMM Stingray
    and a decent P Bass

    but if I bit the dust I would be happy in knowing I owned my Jazz
    and rocked out in college with it

    The 5 basses I have minus 2 that are up for sale.

    Seriously, I finally realized all I need are a J, a P, and a Music Man.

    You'll find lots of replies to that question in this thread (link points to mine).

    BTW, the Kubicki Ex-Factor only comes in 4-string version. There's the Key Factor 5, which is a 34" scale bass with standard tuning system (unless you're looking to detune the low B down to an A, the extension clip of the Ex-Factor doesn't make much sense on a 5-string).

    A few Dingwall Prima Artist with different tonal orientations would do it for me. Maybe a nice fretless as well... about brand gas, I'd like to have an MTD 535, a Sei Flamboyant and a Ritter Seal, but I think I'd survive with the aforementioned Dingwalls :smug:

    I realistically have them all, except for the one in transit, and the one I'll get in Feb.

    Three I already have: Jazz, Precision, and DiPinto Belvedere, plus

    the G&L L-1500 I have on order;

    Dingwall Super J with P/J pickups;

    Lakland Hollowbody lined fretless;

    one or two modern, aggressive five strings, like Fodera, MTD, or HH Stingray; and

    maybe a five string Jazz.

    There's like thirty or forty different guitars and basses, a couple of different rigs, and some nifty boutique pedals. No way in hell can I list it all.

    Oh man, for that I'd need a lot of cash!

    I mean, I've got one bass which would have to have in the list, my 1989 white Kubicki Ex-Factor. After that, we're looking at a lot of Status, Alembic and Fodera basses...
  15. My dream herd is quite realistic, it consists of as many old Yamaha BBs as possible, I already have 3... :smug:
