If you could only choose 1 Led Zeppelin song as your favorite, which song would it be? I would have to go with "Ten Years Gone" :bassist:

That'd have to be Dazed & Confused.

  3. Wow. Tough call.

I do have one that stands out in my mind because it is kind of not the typical LZ fare: "Dancin' Days."

I crank that tune to max every time it pops up. It does something to my mental state and constitutional makeup.

  4. JUST ONE???

I can't participate..I would have to choose at least 5 .....or possibly 10.

It's changed over the years, so this is by no means my definitive choice, but I gotta go "The Lemon Song".

Ramble On....I'm a Tolkien fan and I think this is the most melodic bass part JPJ ever wrote.

Stone Temple Pilots did a wonderful rendition of that song.

  12. Me too! :bassist:

I've been working on it, almost have it down perfectly except getting the timing right when coming back in after the break/riff. I just need to internalize it more.

Jeez... JUST ONE? Prolly "Ten Years Gone," but hard on its heels are "Achilles Last Stand" and "The Rain Song"

I'm glad I don't have to choose, but if I did I would say, Since I've Been Loving You.

Tomorrow might be a different story.

    The Song Remains the Same

At a very very close second is Ten Years Gone

I'm not much of a Zep fan, but I love "Heartbreaker" for its mighty riff, and "Misty Mountain Hop" and "Trampled Underfoot" for their grooves.
