I've always preferred blue corn chips to crackers, and I love them with Cabbot extra sharp cheddar or Hunter's Jack cheddar (super sharp). I can't wait for the holidays when I get about six pounds of meat and cheese samplers from Swiss Colony from my family :)

I'm that way with mozzarella. I can go through a brick of that stuff in a day if I'm not careful.

...only happened once. Believe me, the end results were enough to deter me from ever doing that again. That was when I was 12, and I'm still not sure if I'm done paying for it yet.

  15. Damn, now I'm really hungry.

Triscuit and Tillamook cheddar cheese. Or Saltines an cheese.

Nothing like Tillamook cheese. Especially when it comes right out of the factory. I love living close.

    Rock on

I don't often do the cheese and crackers thing, but I got home late and hungry last weekend and dug out some sort of delicious smoked white cheese from the fridge (I'll have to ask the wife what kind), sliced it thin and put it on top of some lavasch (sp?) flatbread (fancy name for a cracker if ya ask me). It was pure heaven!

Good smoked cheese is hard to beat!
