It's a big'un too.
Lame. Just plain lame.
How many have hit the panhandle now, 4? 5? I've lost count. I recall, many years ago, living in Manila and having 6 of these batter us one after another within a 2 month period. Uprooted trees, roofs, etc. etc. strewn all over the place. We were without electricity and water for about 2 months. Nasty!
Thats just plain not nice
looks like it's heading for the indian river/st. lucie/martin counties area again.
From what I've been hearing on the news, unfortunately, is that hurricanes are going back to the way they used to be in the 50's and 60's, where Florida and the Gulf Coast used to be hit by 4-5 every year, until they let up in the mid-late 70's.
Take care Gard, and everyone else in the path of this one, and all future ones.
Just what we need, more destruction!
Yep, Jeanne is coming in at Ft. Pierce area, ( which really raises havoc with the St. Johns river) and coming right up I-4.

California is calling you, Gard. Listen...

You guys better find out which one of you pissed God off and send him to Cuba. Maybe even Iraq.
Ps.There's always a room for TBers here in New Jersey, especially ones who work at one of the biggest bass shops around.
thats very disrespectful to the Iraqi, and Cuban people.
thats the beauty of it
If I has about 1 billion dollars for every hurricane that hit that one side of the US.
If they sent him to Cuba, Florida would still be screwed.
