as for some cool piano songs, any of the final fantasy games...especially 7 imo...i like aries' theme

Yeah, wrong robot did some wicked sung Mario covers I think. They were way cool.

They're more... er... "interpretations" than covers... and they're really unpolished, as they were mostly done over an hour or so directly into Garage Band

 

I always thought that the origional Starfox for SNES had some cool themes. Maybe if I have the time...

 

That Zelda 2 piano line brings back tons of memories, by the way. Cool stuff man, I look forward to more.

It's interesting to see that all of us are around the same age. I was influenced when I was really young by video game music and its awesome to see that you guys are like-minded.

What was said about FF7's score is true... but I prefer FF8 by far to have the best score I've ever listened to from start to finish.

This is slightly off base, but my next step is to mess with Naruto tunes, as I'm a huge fan of Toshiro Masuda's work.

 

I have the music from Seiken Densetsu 3 running around in my head, but that may not be a good thing... I may have to play some UN squadron later to push it out!

In any event, I found it cool too how each of us all fall in the same age demographic.

P.S., for quite possibly one other Naruto fan who may care, I uploaded the demos of two of the tracks I plan on covering/manipulating/breaking from, of course, Naruto.

They should be all done within the coming weeks.
