Have you tried this coffee?
So is this the cure for zombie-ism? If so, hook me up with a cup of that stuff!
Yer a zombie??
Sure feel like one this morning
no coffee, braaaaaaaaiins...
Here's the low-down on the whole thing.
Some months back I was approached by a consortium who wanted to expand into the US market.
They needed a graphics and advertising design team
(or maybe it was graphic advertising) That's us!
Anyway, they had me make something to give to their BoD
Here's the design that got my foot in the door
What followed was about the strangest questionnaire and interview I ever had.
Along the lines of "did I have a problem working with night-dwellers"
I replied "hell no, I spend most of my time when normal folks are asleep,
consorting with musicians and other people of questionable virtue and low moral fibre."
Next thing I know, I'm getting visits from slow-moving pasty faced individuals
bearing wads of remarkably musty cash.
My crack [DEL]head[/DEL] team of designers got...errr....crackin'.
As a special treat, ZC is taking me to the head office on Halloween night to tour the facilities.
It's a night they promise I will never forget.
So have you tried the coffee or not?
I'm under a contractual obligation, so I will have to decline to acquiesce to your request.
Will say one thing,
I seem to have an uncontrollable urge to dig (with a shovel) in the yard at night.
My neighbors are starting to talk......
How is this not advertising?
Even if it is posting it right before Halloween is quite seasonal. I am amused!
Soooooooooooo about the coffee. Any good?
Apparently he is allowed to put up ads for free, but not actually talk about the product.
It is I think.
Maybe he's just really excited about a project at work.
Yeah, I'm having a hard time with this one. He can't even say if he tried it?
I'm not getting the point of this thread. Is this like a Walking Dead inside joke or something?
It's an advertisment.
Technically it probably doesn't violate the TB CUP because of some loop-hole to be patched quickly I'd assume, but it's an advertisment none the less.
Whether it's an advertisment for the product or for the designer group, that is somewhat unclear.
I'd vote for the designer group.
Must be some truth to the rumor that bassists have their sense of humor
surgically removed at birth.
I'll explain this slowly, before somebody gets me banned from TB.
There is no Zombie Coffee Company.
let me make that bigger
THERE IS NO ZOMBIE COFFEE COMPANY
Actually there is, but I swear I had nothing to do with it.
It exists as some jpg and psd files on my computer.
There is no Sonic Graphics Company.
It also exists as psd files and logos on my computer.
I actually do photography (and graphics), but not under that name.
And so, Nojj and the Ossified Cowboy bid this thread adieu.
