What can anyone tell me about the Sonus Special 6? Here are some things to get you thinking. Any information is appreciated.

    String spacing/bridge adjustability
    comparison to the Modulus Q6

I've got the fretless 5 string version of that bad boy...woohoo...what a screamer! :D

Guaranteed to p!$$ off every guitarist you meet...;)

    String spacing: 11/16".
Tonally: Very punchy low-mids, but warm and balanced - cuts through a mix like a saw, but does so "politely".
Woods: Body is ash with a bubinga top, sometimes quite figured; the fingerboard is "phenowood", which is a stabilized (impregnated with an epoxy) birch (I think).
Comparison to a Q6: Tough one! Hmm...both are wonderful basses and my opinion would be very subjective. The Zon is "warmer" sounding to my ear, lighter in weight, the neck (particularly with the new satin finish) feels more "woody" to me. Again, both are very nice, but I'd get the Zon personally.
