Some of you asked for it...in practicing my new Sonus VI, I threw this together.

There are 3 bass tracks overdubbed...

-Bass line (slap, double thump with chord stabs)
    -Rhythm guitar line

So, here is the Sonus in all it's glory ! :)

    (Thanks Joe!)

  2. You sure know how to play, don't you?
    I like it. A lot. :D

That sounds great!!! I have a Sonus 5/1 and it sounds very similiar. I wonder if its the neck that makes it sound so distinctive...

    Greetings Mr. 6,

Joe sure can build 'em! I love my Legacy Elite 5 & I'm up in the air about a Fodera Emperor2 6 or a Legacy 6. Anyway, great playing & I was wondering when you are going to do a rendition of "Ballistic" on this new beast? What amp(s) & FX do you use? Congrats & good luck...

I've also noticed that "Michael Manring" sound in these clips.

They sound great, BTW. Nice playing, as usual.

How or where did you get that drum loop? The sound quality is great! The bass isn't too shabby either! :)

    Nice clip dude.

    Great tone, very clear !

I've just downloaded a clip from the basslab website, and it's interesting to compare it to the sound you got there because it's also a composite bass. Except that the basslab is 100% composite so it sounds "harder". The clip also features three different parts played on a 6 string.

    Get it here

Seems that the wood-made body of the ZON makes it sound warmer. Anyway I like both tones.
