I have a Zoom B2 and I really like the sounds I get. The only problem is that it doesn't have an XLR out so I can't run it direct to the mixing board.

Do any of you have a Zoom B2.IU and use it direct to the mixing board? Does it have enough output? Does it sound good run direct?

I've used an older Zoom bfx 708 pedal as an emergency DI box. just go to Radio Shack or other electronics parts retailer
and get a quarter inch to xlr adapter;they cost about 12 to 20 bucks and with a regular instrument cable you can patch into any standard xlr input.By the way the older zoom pedal came awful close to pulling off some standard sansamp bass driver style mojo to my surprise. Pretty good results for being caught in an emergency situation.
