Hey, did anyone else notice that the Rainbow album cover is a bass too?

It's got 3 frets. What the hell is it!
The second one has been upgraded to 5....

 

Like I said, there are no strings.

Here is a good article on this album cover. It is a space ship shaped like a guitar. What ever the four things that are in the bridge position the artist only knows. But the guitarist said he wanted a guitar and the artist came up with that.....

I think it's been properly pointed out already that those aren't saddles. They're landing teeth.

Likely has six.

 

Perhaps the landing teeth were the design inspiration for the Ray Ross bridge….

 

I converted a 6 string Modulus to a 5 and left all 6 tuners in place. I just replaced the bridge and nut, so that's probably what happened here.
