"Dayton" pro sound drivers.

    Has anyone had any experience with these driver offered from PartsExpress? They seem to have very good specs and priced well. Do they sound musical? For bass guitar?

    I think that Dayton is PE's house brand and they're made by Eminence...

    I'm not 100% positive though...

    Perhaps a call to Parts Express is in order.

    Yes, They are...Are'nt they? I did call P.E. and the tech said they are made by Eminence. I asked him what they were coparable to and he said to compare specs. However, he believed that they are spec. for PE. They look real promising. My Drummer/PA guy uses the 18s in the bass bins. They come with box plans. I also wonder if they are not as good for MI speakers. Like the Eminence Legend 15s.
