I have for sale a very nice 2011 Fender American Standard Precision Bass. Black in color & maple neck. It is in excellent condition, no scratches or chips. I did a few upgrades to this bass since Ive owned it. I replaced the original white pickguard with a black pearl pickguard, added a Fender chrome tailpiece cover, swapped the black pickup covers to white ones, and finally added black pearl vinyl square inlays to the fretboard to mimic the deluxe versions. The decals can simply be peeled off if desired, with no sticky residue left. In no way do they affect the playability or sound of the bass, they are just for looks only. This is a very spiffy looking bass and it plays great. I set the bass up myself for my likings. It has low action, no buzzes, great tone, and very lively from first to last fret. Also has new set of Daddario EPS 170 light strings. The black pearl inlays and pickguard complement the black very well, the white pickup covers stand out, and the chrome tailpiece cover is a bonus. You dont see a bass with these color upgrades very often. It comes with a nice black Fender Hardshell case that is molded the shape of the bass. It is an older Fender case from the 90's but is in great shape. Im asking $1000 +shipping. Located in Mt Washington, KY. Please PM me if you're interested or you can call or text 606-875-4550.
