I have an old Goliath, and it's too big and heavy for what I need it. Horn blew a long while ago, and it's just not in good shape. I'd like to chop it and make it a 2x10 4ohm cabinet but I am not sure where to even start researching where to go with it, and am I going to invest more into making it usable than simply going out and buying a new cab. I fear it's the latter, but would like to avoid just shoving the cab into a landfill . . . I would sell but honestly not only would no one want it . . . but after my cat used it for a litter box . . . I really don't need the negative feedback.

    thanks!

Is it the horn or the protection bulb?

Reupholstering the cab and replacing the horn should not be big expenses and would make the cab very sellable.
