They should come out with a j bass with a removable headstock

    You could change out the stock one with a Sadowsky headstock, a Fender headstock, Lakland headstock, a Coppolo headstock. It could save you a lot of money I think.

    Nope. I'm more in line with a standard plug & play pickup system where you could pull out and pop in another set in seconds.
