Bagby sold me a Presonus preamp. He gave me a great price on it. Super fast shipping on it. Packed very well. Could not ask for better.
SOMEHOW, the tube was damaged during shipping, highly likely by the shipping service. Bagby handled it without question and sent me 2 tubes to replace the one damaged tube!!!! Now that is somebody you want to deal with right there. I really appreciated him stepping up and making everything right. That shows he cares about being a great seller and a great Talkbass member. He is highly recommended to everyone by me anytime!! Thanks Bagby!!
