Atom1962 failed to ship my purchase after my immediate payment. I wrote to him to check the status. No reply. I followed up and wrote again. No reply. Filed a claim with PayPal and notified Atom 1962 and asked that we get this settled between us. Told him he could still send the strings or refund my money. He promised to send them the same day. He did not. I wrote him again and asked for a refund, which I received in a couple days.

Bottom line. This person did not keep his commitment to me. Communication was poor. I felt forced to file a claim with PayPal to protect myself. I will not do business with this person again and suggest to others that they avoid this person on both the buy and sell side of any transaction.

He sold the item twice and then ignored me for a week and wouldn't process my refund. I finally had to take it up with paypal. I would caution doing business with this person.
