I was in desperate need of a cheap aguilar db410 cover for an upcoming show, and he provided me with one. He alerted me immediately of a person conflict, but kept communicating and shipped everything out when he said. The cover was in a neat amazon box full of packing peanuts, and if he packed a fabric cover like that, I couldn't imagine how well he must pack other goods such as pedals or amps. Great guy that really keeps the community flowing, thanks!
