A very fast and efficient transaction. Prompt payment, fast responses, an ideal person to deal with!

Unfortunately right when the buyer was interested in this pedal I was in the middle of moving and accidentally misplaced it. Buyer was more than patient as I spent a week looking for it, only to give up, so we were unable to make a transaction happen. Five months later I found the pedal and they were still interested! Good communication, and a very understanding.

Buyer was awesome! There was confusion on my part when it came to how PayPal holds payments above a certain amount (completely a misunderstanding on my part), but the buyer was very patient, understanding and sympathetic toward the issue. I love dealing with chill people, especially when I'm being a bonehead! Thanks for the great transaction!

Perfectly smooth transaction! Unfortunately I had to waste a day because I couldn't find an adequate box (I always try to ship same or next day) and buyer was understanding when I told them it would be late. Buyer was fun to talk to and is a good communicator. No issues with payment or anything. I would certainly work with this person again in the future if given the opportunity!

I made the mistake of somehow missing an email notification telling me that JEDI had made a request to purchase a pedal and didn't get back to him until a few days later when I logged into TB and noticed I had a personal message. Very sorry!

I explained my mistake to JEDI and he was very understanding. Transaction after such was super smooth, JEDI made the payment promptly and I made sure to send out the pedal early the next day to get it to him as soon as possible.

Would definitely work with this TBer again in the future! Next time I won't miss the email!
