Bob was very easy to work with. He shipped the DI promptly, provided a tracking number and sent follow up messages to make sure I received it in good shape. No worries there as Bob packed the DI so well, it would've survived almost any abuse in transit.
Do not hesitate to deal with Bob. He's a solid dude. A great TB'er.
