Easy to work with. A couple of minor quibbles. Didn't send the power cord with the amp, which isn't a huge deal because I have plenty that fit. Also, the MarkBass bag that the amp shipped in was a large MarkBass bag, not the Big Bang bag. Not a huge deal, but I shelled out an extra 70 for the correct bag and am selling the large bag to hopefully make up some of that. Overall, positive transaction, but...
