Brook was patient with my communications since I was traveling extensively at the time. Each of us handled the packing, shipping, and quick notice of tracking information. The tube amp arrived with professional quality packing. The amp looked better than the pictures and performs great. Given that this TUBE amp was shipped from Alaska to the Midwest without any problems is a pleasant surprise. Thanks much Brook!
