I ordered a Tony Butler Signature bass from Chowny in 2021 and still have not received it. I spoke to him on the phone in 2022 and he told me he would take care of it. That was 5 years ago! The point is, I’m not trying to get my money back, I am a huge Tony Butler and Big Country fan! I don’t have a lot of money as a disabled veteran. It was a sacrifice to be able to purchase this bass! I want my Bass! If they can’t deliver then Chowny needs to take these basses and all others that cannot deliver off their website. I have tried to be nice, but reading these other issues just disgusts me!

I follow a bunch of threads here. And participate in a few. The one about the Scott Whitley SWB-1 that Chowny now produces is definitely one and I can say I'm a happy customer. There's a link to my review of the one I own above. Now that I've had it for a few months with it I can only add that the pleasure continues to grow as I get to play it more.

I'm surprised to be the first to provide any feedback though! I know (from the forums) that there are more Chowny basses in the collective.
