Mike is a great seller to deal with - easy to negotiate with, quick to respond to e-mail and phone messages, and willing to go the extra mile for a customer. FedEx managed to re-break the neck on the Thunderbird during shipping, and he was tenacious in getting the insurance settlement from them in a timely manner. In spite of the damage done by the shipper, my experience with Mike was excellent - I recommend him highly.
