The initial transaction was flawless per my original feedback. One year and about 3 months later, the amp needed some warranty work, which is a common occurrence for this model/year. Fender allows a warranty to be transferred, but only with the original sales receipt. On a whim, I sent him a quick message, and in minutes - mere minutes - he located the original dealer receipt, signed it over, and had it in my inbox. I consider this above and beyond.
