Bill was very easy to work with. I was in a bit of a rush to get the cab because I needed it for a gig. Once we settled on a price, Bill had the cab in a box early the next morning and it got to me the next day. The cab is in great condition as promised and is twice as good as my neo112. Couldn't have gone easier.
