Even though UPS literally "dropped the ball" and damaged the cab during shipment, Dave was super easy to get along with during this entire ordeal. Very understanding and patient, helped troubleshoot from his end, willing to do whatever necessary to resolve the UPS claim, etc.

And...super quick payment and great communication. This is the kind of folks that make Talkbass a great place. ++++

In the end, it turned out to be a refund, returned cab, and successful UPS claim based on repairable internal parts damage.
