Jeremy was very easy to work with, and very responsive to my various questions and comments. The instrument itself is extremely unusual: a short-scale, headless, fretless, 5-string bass with an ebony fretboard and the narrow string spacing that I prefer. I'm not sure where else I might have been able to find something like this, so I'm really grateful that Jeremy made it available. I'd definitely do business with him again.
