Lousy communication, didnt ship bass after being paid immediately upon sales agreement.

Seller took forever to respond to messages. When we agreed on the sale I paid him immediately and he never shipped the bass. When I contacted him 5 days later he said he would ship the next day. Next day he says he changed his mind and didnt want to sell the bass.
