Jeff is simply a pleasure to deal with. He is very quick and courteous with communication and provided a very honest description of the bass I purchased. Shipping and tracking info were done and provided on the day he promised and upon receipt, I was thrilled to see that the packaging was done very professionally. Needless to say, the bass arrived in perfect condition and played great right out of the box. I couldn't have hoped for a more assuring experience!
