Martin was on top of all the communications. Prompt, clear responses to my questions. In addition to a nice set of pics in the "for sale" post, he provided pics of his packing process. Those came in handy when the case arrived damaged, but did its job protecting the bass. He gave me my requested refund even before filing the claim with UPS. Nice bass too. I'll have new PV63 pickups in shortly.
