I've never sent a cashier's check to a stranger, especially not for a big ticket item like this. Chuck was such a good communicator that after a single phone conversation I felt like I could completely trust him. He's down to earth, friendly, respectful, honest. I seriously don't know what else you could ask of anyone you're doing business with. I feel like a made a friend as I take on the custodianship of this beautiful pre-Gibson Tobias. I will play it with passion and take seriously the position as its caretaker. I'm honored and humbled.

Chuck, thank you so much for such an anxiety free couple of days. In stead of any worrying, I was free to feel like a kid the night before his birthday!
