I bought a pickup from Jeff which I found had a problem, and I ultimately wasn't happy with it. I contacted him and told him about it, and he immediately offered return for a full refund.
This guy exhibited integrity start to finish, and for that he receives positive feedback.
This particular item didn't work out for me, but I would have no problem dealing with Jeff again.
