I'm not exaggerating when I say that this was the best transaction I've ever been involved in. I contacted the seller out of the blue to see if a bass he had up for sale previously (but had been taken off the market) was still available. He was courteous, provided great communication and his level of service was unparalleled. He had the instrument checked out prior to shipping and then ran around town gathering packaging materials and finally shipping the instrument so I could receive it on a certain date.
