The Trace was packed really well, double boxed lots of padding. It was received with a broken tube and the fuse blew. Joe was patient and found a replacement tube and had it biased and adjusted again. It took a while to get Fed Ex to pay the claim but they finally did. Everyone is happy :) Thanks...
