Buyer was told we will not ship to Puerto Rico. Buyer set paypal up to ship to Puerto Rico.
Paypal contacted. Money refunded from paypal.
We will not ship outside of the states.
All records of every conversation have been saved.
I have no problem with negative feedback on this issue. Buyer is ridiculous and tortured my wife with calls and texts even though paypal was not open to take care of it.
