I bought an Aguilar Tone Hammer 500 amp that Jeff accurately described as "mint." He made time to ship it to me on a Sunday, the same day that I bought it! It arrived in virtually new condition, just two days later, in part because of Jeff's superior packing job. Jeff was prompt, courteous. fair and professional in every aspect of the transaction, and I appreciate that very much. He is a first-rate TB'er and person -- an asset to our group. I bought a mint Genz-Benz Shuttle 9.0 from Moe. The transaction from start to finish was as good as it could possibly have been. Moe described the amp head accurately -- communications were almost instant. He shipped the Shuttle immediately and it arrived in nearly new condition one business day later. Moe's careful box in a box packing job is the best that I have seen -- far better than what you get from the manufacturer! He included a very nice Speak On speaker cable and the Genz-Benz foot switch for the amp that I did not expect! Moe is courteous, honest and is a true pleasure to deal with. if there is a TalkBass Hall of Fame, Moe should be in it. Thank you brother!
