Clear communication--talked on the phone and texts. All aspects of the deal were handled well--communication, expectations, flexible schedule to meet up, convenient location, quality products as advertised, and conscientious of safety and fraud avoidance. Additionally, conversation in person was easy and he offered to help in any way during my newfound bass-gear acquisition season.
