Eric was super flexible, friendly, patient and professional in selling me his bass. I asked to not include a case to save some $$ and he agreed. He even sourced a Uline shipping box, in addition to an internal box where he packed the bass. He loosened the tuning pegs to relieve tension, and wrapped the strings in butcher paper to protect them and the neck.

He was also willing to contact the shipping company to allow for me to pick up at the distribution center, which he did not have to do.

Don't hesitate dealing with Eric, he is solid and a great seller.

He had black Dunlop strap locks, I had nickel. I asked to trade, he said yes. 3 days later, we both received our items.
