Tiago is what all of us TB sellers should strive for! He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and even asked that I refrain from sending payment until he could send me a series of detailed pics. He wanted to make sure I was totally satisfied before he took my money. He patiently answered all of my crazy questions, and best of all he shipped quickly! He packed the bass securely and used UPS. We know that FedEx may be less expensive, but we get what we pay for!!! IMHO, any seller that uses UPS (instead of FedEx) is considerate about the buyer’s experience. Needless to say, this seller is highly recommended!!!!

Jeff not only gave me a great deal, but he paid for 2-Day Air shipping out of the kindness of his heart! Sent out from Hawaii on Wednesday, got here by Friday! Not only that, he threw in a free hard case, packed the bass so well, it could have survived a plane crash, and was super friendly!!! Bass was in mint condition, I couldn’t be happier!!!
