I believe that I already gave you a 10 star review, but you deserve more. I had to make an emergency trip to California on the day that my Streamliner was to be delivered. Today is the first time that I've been able to play with it since I got back. It sounds phenomenol! I'm glad that I sent it to you, because it's better than ever. When I bought it, there was a hiss, but it wasn't bad enough that I was going to send it out. I could live with it the way it was. It is now dead quiet and smooth. I still have the original 12AX7 that came with it, and considered putting it back in, but I have more than enough gain when I kick in the gain button, and I like to have the low gain, cleaner option available. An added nice touch is the blue light. This is my 2nd Streamliner, but I never had one with a light that works. It looks and sounds killer.

Andy Agedhorse is the Real Deal. I can't recommend him enough. It's a great thing to be able to rely on him (especially with Genz Benz no longer around) I hope that I don't ever need service again, but I know where to go if it's needed.

I can't say enough good things regarding Mark's service, and communication, before and after the sale. To start, the amp wasn't even listed for sale, but I saw in the thread that he owned a Genz Benz Streamliner 900. I've been searching for one for a couple of years, but they sell quicker than I react. I asked him if he'd consider selling it. He wasn't sure, but said to make him an offer. I did so, after looking at the last 10 sales of an amp like it. I made an offer approximately $100 more than the average selling price, hoping that would convince him to sell. He pulled the amp out of the custom case that his dad hade made, examined it and got right back to me, saying that there were a few cosmetic issues. (All minor issues, by the way.) He offered to sell it to me for $100 less than I offered to pay him! Of course I agreed, and sent payment before he could change his mind. He must have rushed to pack and ship it, because I had a tracking number right away.
The amp arrived, less than 48 hours after my initial contact with him. It was very well packed, and in great overall shape.
In short: I finally own the amp that I've been searching for, at a price less than I was willing to pay, shipped immediately, with attention to detail. It's hard to beat that kind of service!
If I'm ever in his part of the country, I'll look him up, and see if I can purchase something else.
