We had some problems with USPS not due to anyone's fault, but Derek worked well with me. The system looks almost new and came in original box and packaging.

Overall a positive experience. Fast shipping. Bass described as 8.5 which for a boutique is probably accurate, but you have to look hard for defects. For my tastes, the bass needs a setup, but that is easily accomplished. Thanks for the sale.

We had some payment issues due to problems with USPS delivery service (USPS had the wrong zip code on the scanned label). Anthony was great to work with and understanding of the situation.
The bass was in excellent condition, he got me some strap locks that were missing and included them with the bass. He also was comfortable with me playing it for a couple days before making the deal final - a very nice gesture.
The bass was packed with care and was packed very well with lots of buble wrap and micro foam. I think people can deal with confidence with korngold.
