For disclosure, I sold Shep the Source Audio Reflex pedal that I listed in excellent condition, but I hadn't used it in a long time and should have verified its condition more closely. Upon receipt, Shep noted that the pedal would retreat slightly throughout the range of motion, which caused noticeable artifacts in the expression output. He diligently worked through multiple potential solutions provided by Source Audio via email, and while the end result seems acceptable, I was not content with the discrepancy between the advertised condition and what was received, so I elected to provide a partial refund. Throughout the process, Shep was detailed in his communications and showed generosity and humility despite understandable frustration; he's a model TBer and a credit to the site.
