Thom and I ran into a cluster with FedEx, and despite how incredibly frustrating the situation was, Thom was incredibly helpful and professional with me through all of it. He could have just dropped the bass in the mail and been done with it, but he was all over FedEx to get their **** together and get it delivered from the second we suspected issues with them.

I wouldn't hesitate to deal with Thom again, but I would probably request that we deal with someone other than FedEx. :)
