My first real bass was a Lakland 55-01 that I earned in a trade of my first cello. It was with me all through highschool and unfortunately once I got my licence I felt car parts inwould be more important so I sold a few of my instruments, my trusty 55-01 being one of them. Ever since I've felt the desire to own another lakland so I jumped st the opportunity to buy this bad boy. It plays great, feels spectacular, and is everything I wished for in my new bass. Very easy sale and extremely accommodating. Definitely wouldn't mind dealing with this fellow again if the need arose.
