Bass arrived OK with good packaging but bass not in as good of shape as advertised

Stingray arrived with dead, corroded strings, corrosion on pickups and tuners and neck/fretboard discolored black. Guitar was described in conversation as barely used, ungigged. Seller did not disclose any of the superficial issues or even mention any wear on the guitar. Good packaging and all original paperwork in tact but man, this guitar is filthy. Going to cost me another bit of coin to have it cleaned and set up properly. A bit of misrepresentation of the guitar's condition in sale PMs.
