I belive one of the reasons Jeff does so well is because of his communication skills.His description of the bass was spot on and provided me with a bass that was packaged that reached me without a mark on anything. He took the time to place styrofoam in sandwich bags and placed around the headstock to keep the neck from moving around. After the bass was in the case he even wrapped the case with plastic so it would not receive any damage as the case looks brand new.He put the case in a box used for shipping basses and filled the entire box with those styrofoam peanuts before closing and tapeing. He also took the time to attach handle with care stickers. I received a message from UPS to pay the Federal Tax coming into the country and received with no problems reguarding import forms.
