Steve decided to sell this bass after I contacted him privately recently and asked if he would consider selling. Throughout the whole process, Steve provided excellent customer service. Communicating mainly via the Conversation tool, Steve was very responsive, helpful, and thorough. Steve also provided his phone number without hesitation so that we could talk further about the bass. Given my lack of feedback, Steve limited payment options, but he accommodated my means of payment without any issues. He shipped when he said he would, the bass was well-packed, and it arrived without damage. I can't say enough good things about Steve. I would absolutely do business with Steve again in the future. He is a class act!
