I bought a Jule Monique amp from this gentlemen, and he was incredible. The amp was sent in a very protective case, that he added at no extra charge. I was skeptical of buying a tube amp, after playing so many solid state/class D amps for so long. 31Hz offered me his phone number, and we got on a call. He was open and talked all things bass. He described the amp exactly how I ended up experiencing it, and made me feel very comfortable with buying a boutique piece of gear.
Unfortunately, when sent via FedEx, the amp arrived in a non functional state. I blame none of this on the seller, and I think FedEx played kickball with the amp(or something close to it). 31HZ offered for me to return the amp, or pay for repairs. I found a local repair who coordinated with him, and everything got taken care of. He even checked back in on me afterwards to make sure it was still running well, and a while after to make sure I still liked it too!
It's members like this that make be proud to be apart of the bass player community in general, but especially this community. Thank you!!
