Tim responded and paid quickly for the cab. The cab did not end up working upon arrival, and Tim patiently and professionally came up with a resolution to get the cab fixed and pay me the difference. I am very impressed and happy with how Tim handled the rare instance when a transaction does not go smoothly. Tim is a great person to deal with and I hope to do business with him again.
